Dynapulse Automotive, an authorised dealership of Hero MotoCorp Ltd. at Plot No. 360, Near Wipro Circle, Hinjawadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjawadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411057, is responsible for the personal information collected through the Dynapulse Hero Challenge.
2. What We Collect
Registration details: full name, mobile number, email address and date of birth.
Declarations: your age confirmation, your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and your optional marketing consent.
Payment record: the status, amount, method and payment reference of your ₹49 Hero Experience Registration. Card, UPI and bank credentials are handled by the payment gateway and are never stored by us.
Challenge record: your registration ID, start and submission timestamps, the answers you selected, your score, completion time and rank.
3. Why We Use It
To process your registration and payment.
To conduct the Challenge, calculate your score and ranking, and verify eligibility before any prize is awarded.
To contact you about your registration, your result and the outcome of the Challenge.
To send you campaign-related communication through WhatsApp, SMS, phone or email — only where you have given the optional marketing consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Retention
Challenge records are retained as an auditable record of the Challenge for as long as needed to conduct the campaign, verify the winner, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
5. Sharing
We share personal information only with the payment gateway used to process your registration, with service providers who operate this website on our behalf, and where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw marketing consent, by writing to sales@dynapulsehero.com.
Deletion of your registration record before the Challenge concludes will end your participation.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
