Complete Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Dynapulse Hero Challenge ("Campaign"), the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy and Refund provisions contained in this document. Registration is permitted only after the participant expressly accepts the required declarations and consent checkbox(es).

2.1 The Campaign is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older on the date of registration.

2.2 Participants must be legally competent to participate and must provide accurate, complete and verifiable information.

2.3 The Promoter may verify the identity and eligibility of any participant at any stage.

2.4 Employees, representatives, agents or other persons specifically excluded by the Promoter may be made ineligible, as stated in the final Campaign communication.

3.1 Participants may register only through the official Dynapulse registration page or another official registration channel notified by the Promoter.

3.2 The registration amount is ₹49 (Rupees Forty-Nine only).

3.3 The ₹49 payment is for the Hero Experience Registration and the genuine service/benefit specifically described on the registration page. The payment must not be represented as a lottery ticket, lucky-draw ticket or payment for a random chance to win.

3.4 Registration becomes successful only after successful payment confirmation and completion of all mandatory registration requirements.

3.5 Participants must provide accurate name, mobile number, email address, age/date of birth and other information requested by the Promoter.

4.1 ONCE A PARTICIPANT SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF ₹49, THE REGISTRATION AMOUNT IS STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

4.2 NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED MERELY BECAUSE THE PARTICIPANT DOES NOT WIN THE GRAND PRIZE, DOES NOT ACHIEVE THE HIGHEST SCORE, DOES NOT QUALIFY, DOES NOT RANK FIRST, DOES NOT COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE, OR VOLUNTARILY CHOOSES NOT TO PARTICIPATE AFTER REGISTRATION.

4.3 By completing the ₹49 registration, the participant expressly acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy.

4.4 A refund, reversal or correction may be processed where required by applicable law or where a verified payment/technical failure results in successful debit but the registration/service is not successfully created or delivered.

4.5 Duplicate payment issues will be verified and handled through the applicable payment/banking process.

4.6 If the Promoter cancels the Campaign before providing the promised registration service/benefit, any refund obligation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of cancellation.

4.7 Failure to win the prize is expressly NOT a refund event.

5.1 The Dynapulse Hero Challenge is intended to be a skill-based promotional activity.

5.2 The Challenge shall use objective and pre-announced criteria, such as correct answers, score obtained, completion time, performance in specified skill-based activities and/or other objective criteria communicated before participation.

5.3 The winner shall be determined according to the published scoring and ranking methodology and shall not be selected solely through a random lucky draw, lottery or random-number selection.

6.1 The final number of questions, time limit, scoring method, qualifying score and tie-breaker must be published before participation.

6.2 The same published scoring methodology shall be applied consistently to eligible participants.

6.3 Suggested campaign format: 10 objective questions, 1 point for each correct answer, with a pre-declared objective tie-breaker.

6.4 The Promoter shall maintain appropriate records of challenge responses, scores, completion time and rankings for verification.

7.1 The participant achieving the highest qualifying score under the published Challenge rules shall be eligible to be declared the winner, subject to eligibility and verification.

7.2 In the event of a tie, the pre-declared objective tie-breaking criteria shall apply.

7.3 No participant shall be selected solely by a random lottery, lucky draw or random-number selection.

7.4 The Promoter's determination based on the published scoring methodology and verification procedure shall be final, subject to applicable law.

8.1 Grand Prize: One Hero Destini 125.

8.2 Exact Variant: ZX Plus.

8.3 Approximate Ex-showroom Value: ₹91,252.

8.4 The exact vehicle variant, specifications and prize details shall be communicated to the verified winner.

8.5 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash at the participant's request, except where required by applicable law.

8.6 If the advertised vehicle becomes unavailable, the Promoter may, subject to applicable law and prior disclosure where required, provide a prize of equivalent or greater value.

9.1 The Promoter/Organiser shall bear the ex-showroom price of the Grand Prize vehicle.

9.2 The Promoter/Organiser shall NOT bear applicable RTO registration charges, road tax and standard mandatory registration/delivery charges required for handing over and registering the prize vehicle, as applicable.

9.3 The winner shall not be required to pay the ex-showroom price.

9.4 Vehicle delivery shall be subject to completion of applicable registration, KYC, insurance, tax and documentation requirements.

The Promoter/Organiser shall NOT bear the standard mandatory vehicle insurance cost required for delivery only if expressly included in the final Campaign communication. Optional insurance upgrades or additional coverage requested by the winner shall be borne by the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.

11.1 Any income-tax, TDS, surcharge, cess or other statutory liability arising in connection with the Grand Prize shall be dealt with in accordance with the Income Tax Act, 2025 and other applicable law, as applicable to the Campaign and winner.

11.2 The Promoter/Organiser shall make any tax deduction, deposit, collection or reporting required by law.

11.3 The winner shall provide PAN, KYC and other documents reasonably required for statutory and tax compliance.

11.4 The final tax/TDS treatment, valuation of the vehicle prize and method of satisfying any applicable tax obligation shall be confirmed by the campaign's CA/tax adviser before prize delivery.

The winner may be required to provide government-issued identity proof, address proof, PAN where legally required, age proof, valid contact information and other documents reasonably required for prize delivery, vehicle registration, insurance and statutory compliance. Failure to provide required documents within the specified period may result in disqualification, subject to applicable law.

The Promoter may disqualify a participant where there is reasonable evidence of false or misleading information, identity misrepresentation, duplicate or fraudulent registrations, manipulation of the Challenge, cheating, use of prohibited assistance, violation of these Terms, attempted interference with registration/scoring/verification, or conduct that materially compromises the fairness or integrity of the Campaign.

Participation in the Campaign does not require or guarantee the purchase of any Hero motorcycle or scooter. Participation shall not be represented as a purchase condition for any Hero product.

The prize shall ordinarily be provided in the form specified in these Terms and shall not be exchanged for cash at the participant's request, except where required by applicable law.

The Promoter may modify the Campaign schedule, Challenge procedure or other operational aspects where reasonably necessary due to technical problems, regulatory requirements, force majeure or other legitimate reasons. Material changes affecting participants shall be communicated through official Campaign channels wherever reasonably practicable.

The Promoter may suspend or cancel the Campaign where required by law, governmental direction, regulatory requirements, technical circumstances, force majeure or circumstances materially affecting the fairness or lawful conduct of the Campaign. Any applicable refund or statutory obligations shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.

18.1 Information may include name, mobile number, email address, age/date of birth, registration ID, payment/reference details, Challenge responses, score, completion time, ranking and information needed for winner verification, vehicle delivery, registration and statutory compliance.

18.2 Information may be used to process registration/payment, administer the Challenge, calculate scores/rankings, verify participants/winners, arrange prize delivery and registration, prevent fraud, communicate about the Campaign, respond to queries and comply with legal obligations.

18.3 Payment credentials such as full card details, CVV and UPI PIN should not be stored by Dynapulse on its own servers; payment processing should be handled by the authorised payment gateway.

18.4 Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with payment providers, technology/service providers, vehicle/dealership/registration/insurance partners, professional advisers and authorities for Campaign administration, statutory compliance or lawful purposes.

18.5 Data shall be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for Campaign administration, accounting, tax, audit, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal compliance, after which it should be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Marketing communication shall be sent only where valid consent or another lawful basis exists. Marketing consent should be separate from mandatory acceptance of these Terms. Participants may withdraw marketing consent, subject to legally required transactional communications.

Photography or video may be captured at Dynapulse premises or Campaign events. Where separate consent is obtained, the Promoter may use a participant's image, name or testimonial for legitimate Campaign-related promotional purposes. The winner may be requested to participate in reasonable prize-announcement or handover activities, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment gateway. The Promoter is not responsible for delays, failures or interruptions attributable solely to the payment gateway, banking system, internet service provider or other third-party infrastructure, subject to the participant's rights under applicable law.

The Promoter may use reasonable verification and fraud-prevention measures. Participants shall not attempt to interfere with the Campaign website, registration system, payment system, scoring mechanism or other technical infrastructure.

The Dynapulse name, logos, artwork, Campaign creatives and other materials used by the Promoter remain the property of their respective owners. No participant receives any right to reproduce, modify or commercially use such intellectual property without prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be responsible for losses caused solely by events outside its reasonable control, including network failures, payment-gateway failures, technical outages, natural disasters, governmental restrictions or other force-majeure circumstances. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

The Campaign shall be conducted subject to applicable laws and regulations in force in India and the State of Maharashtra. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other statutory remedies, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts/authorities at Pune, Maharashtra.
